The University of Northampton was the third university in England, after Oxford and Cambridge. The university was established by Royal Charter after approval from King Henry III in 1261.
The University of Northampton has over 350 undergraduate, postgraduate and professional courses in a range of traditional and cutting-edge subjects. It has around 14,000 students, 1,500 staff and is home to two award-winning campuses (Avenue and Park), housing four faculties – Health & Society, Education & Humanities, Business & Law, and Arts, Science & Technology.
95% of University of Northampton graduates were in employment or further study six months after graduating and they currently have alumni working for international organisations throughout the world.
