An Executive MBA (EMBA) is also a postgraduate degree in business management, but it is specifically designed for executives and experienced professionals, people who already hold management or general management positions. EMBA programs are generally more focused on advanced management skills and concepts, as well as the specific challenges faced by executives, such as innovation management, business strategy and leadership.
